Pay Structure for Online Teachers
Like any other job or program, it’s natural to want to know what your pay will be. In this program, you are an Independent Contractor. As such, your pay is exceptional and essentially determined by you. You have the potential to earn as much, or as little, as you want, so long as you have the time. Each of your classes can have up to 500 students and you can teach multiple grades and subjects. Again, your earnings are limited only by your ability to attract students to your platforms.
Our FMS Vortex platform offers you the chance to advertise the teaching platform and our other programs to your acquaintances. The FMS Vortex gives you access to these programs, and you can select which ones to promote. As an independent contractor, your earning potential is boundless, and you have the power to choose how much you earn.
The pay structure for the Online Teachers Program:
- Teachers get $10 for each student who enters a class. Paid on a Monthly per-call basis. So if they teach 100 students in a session, it is $1000 for that Session for the month. 500 would be $5000.00. And so on. The max we allow is 500. More need to go to a different Class or Teacher. By Design.
- No Break in pay. Teachers are paid 12 months a year.
- Students can Attend up to 5 Classes Daily, Grades 1 through 8.
- Students Permitted to Attend up to 6 Classes Daily in Grades 9 through 12
- The pay structure will be set up in the FMS vortex system. Zoom classroom fees will be covered upon signup. Additionally, training for YouTube and instruction on the curriculum material will be given.
- As part of the FMS Vortex platform, you can also earn more money by promoting the goods and services offered in this program. You have the potential to build a huge customer base or even partnerships and teams not only in the United States but throughout the world.
Criteria and Requirements For Application:
We are determined to offer the most outstanding online education alternative available, so we set ourselves apart from any other platform. For this reason, we demand nothing but the best from our instructors, teachers, and tutors. We seek individuals who embody love, compassion, enthusiasm, and excitement and possess the necessary qualifications and expertise to excel in our program. Here are the Criteria we are looking for in our online teachers:
- Need a 4-year degree in teaching
- Experience in the teaching field. College graduates and retired teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Must really love to teach and have something to offer outside the ordinary. Not looking for someone who just wants to earn a check.
- You will need to join the FMS Vortex through DTCA. This is the payment structure that will be used.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and video showcasing your unique qualifications and talents and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided)
- Dedication and commitment to the program
- Willingness to be above reproach and to set a higher standard in education from the traditional school systems.
Cost and fees:
As we are not receiving any government funding to open our school, we require our teachers to assist us in offsetting the cost. It is imperative that we cover the technical and support expenses as part of our operational costs, in addition to the teacher’s pay that will be gained from student enrollment fees. Therefore, we expect our teachers to cover these costs as part of their contractual obligations. As an independent contractor (IC) status teacher, rest assured that these fees can be tax deductible.
So, let’s look at the fees involved.
- $50—Annual enrollment: As a private school, we report all staff for taxation purposes and operational functions. Because you will be part of Brainfood Academy, this is your private yearly access to operate within the confines of our program.
- $59.95 – Monthly access fee. Due to the fact that we are building our own foundation for curriculum, resources, and student base, we need a strong security system. As a result, we have purchased the aid of some of the most skilled IT gurus in the market. Partnering with the ZOOM platform, they have combined their knowledge to build a platform for Brainfood Academy second to noon. If you are familiar with technology and security, it is not cheap. In order to help keep the cost of admission low, we ask the teacher to help offset this cost by supporting with a monthly access fee.
This access fee will cover:
- you own a personal Zoom account.
- Your back office.
- Resource material.
- Security for your student base.
- Access to your payroll dashboard.
- Brainfood Academy Curriculum.
- As well as any new information released throughout the years exclusive to Brainfood Academy.
